The Nelson Acoustics' Basic Acoustics for Low Noise Product Design Course
is a two-day
seminar designed to teach engineering and design staff basic acoustic concepts for low noise product design. 

This two-day course is presented as PowerPoint slides with participant handouts and teaches concepts by providing basic design equations, case histories and audio presentations. The highest level of mathematics required is logarithms.

product design. 

Jeff Schmitt has a masters degree from the University of Texas and practices as a consultant in laboratory acoustical measurements.
